The timestamp proves that the data must have existed at the time, obviously, in order to get into the hash. Each timestamp includes the previous timestamp in its hash, forming a chain, with each additional timestamp reinforcing the ones before it.

How to delete the data in Diskcoin-QT wallet?

If you have previously installed the QT wallet, when computer prompt error, please delete previous data before installation.

The file "Uninstall.exe" is in the directory you specified during installation. Click the file to uninstall. If there remains some other files, please manually delete.
